NO. 8 WITH A BULLET: Gettysburg remained eighth in the latest IWLCA coaches' poll - a spot the Bullets have been for three straight weeks now.

WHAT'S THE SCENARIO? The Bullets have officially secured one of the top two seeds in the conference tournament and the rights to host one of the two semifinals on Friday. May 5. Gettysburg would lock up the top spot with a victory today and - with it - the rights to host the championship game on Clark Field on Sunday, May 7. Game times and opponents for the new-format, six-team field will be officially announced by the conference office on Monday morning.

HEADS OF THE CLASS: Katie Fullowan was named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Tuesday after leading the Bullets to a 2-0 week with six goals and two assists. It was the ninth time this season that a Gettysburg player was honored by the conference. She is the fifth different Bullet to be recognized.

LAST TIME OUT: McDaniel hosted Muhlenberg on Saturday. The teams started at 1:00, and after the Mules took a 3-0 lead 5:38 following the opening draw, the game was halted due to lightning. With the storm persisting, the teams did not resume until 7:00 at night, finally finishing the game more than seven-and-a-half hours after it started with the visitors coming out on top, 17-7. (Box Score)

DEFENSIVE STRUGGLE: Ten goals has been the cut-off line for the Green Terror this spring. In its four wins, McDaniel has allowed 10 or fewer in each of its four victories.
