Ryan Martin begins his sixth season with the Bullets baseball team in 2022. Martin works with the catchers and oversees hitting analytics for the team.

Under Martin’s guidance, the offense raised its batting average and on-base percentage from 2018 to 2020, topping out at a robust .430 and .483, respectively, in the shortened 2020 campaign. In his first season on the staff, the Bullets blasted 17 home runs, marking its highest total in seven years. The team was well ahead of that pace with 11 home runs through eight games in 2020.

Martin was a three-year contributor as a pitcher at Stevenson University from 2012-16. He appeared in 14 games and totaled 25 strikeouts over 38.2 innings. He was a three-time member of the Middle Atlantic Conference Academic Honor Roll and was named to Stevenson's Dean's List multiple teams.

Prior to college, Martin helped Westminster High School to an undefeated season and a state championship in 2011.

Martin graduated from Stevenson with a degree in business administration in 2016. He is currently completing coursework on a master's in business technology management at Stevenson.
