Thomas O'Driscoll enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Gettysburg College baseball team. His primary responsibilities include assistant pitching coach, assistant strength and conditioning coach, and pitching analytics.

O'Driscoll brings a wide and varied background in the sports world to the Bullets. He was a four-year starter as a pitcher at LaFargeville Central School in LaFargeville, N.Y., and he played basketball at Keuka College, earning conference all-academic honors. He served as a volunteer game day intern with the Watertown Rapids baseball team of the PGCBL and assisted the football scouting staff at the University of Buffalo. His responsibilities included analyzing statistical data and generating strategies to assist coaches and student-athletes with upcoming opponents. More recently, O'Driscoll has worked as a Baseball Operations Intern with the Ripken Experience Aberdeen and served as a Field Scout with Perfect Game. He is currently an Assistant Tournament Director with Perfect Game out of Voorhees, N.J., and oversees tournaments in the Mid-Atlantic/North East region.

O'Driscoll earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Buffalo and is currently working on a master's in Sports Coaching through West Virginia University.
