DiRenzo joins the Bullets staff in 2026 as linebackers coach.

He comes to Gettysburg after the last two seasons on staff at Springfield. In 2024, he coached fullbacks, including the NEWMAC Offensive Player of the Year. In 2025, he moved to the defensive side and coached outside linebackers. In addition to being part of a staff that extended the Pride’s run of conference championships to five, DiRenzo also served as travel liaison and food coordinator in addition to running the scout offense last season.

Prior to his return to Springfield, DiRenzo was an assistant offensive line coach at Division I Albany for the 2023 season, helping the squad to a CAA championship and the national semifinals of the FCS playoffs.

He played fullback for the Pride and served as a student assistant in the spring of 2022 and 2023, assisting with the defensive line.
