2008: The team’s No. 2 runner five times...Was the top Bullet finisher (fourth overall) at the Lebanon Valley Invitational...Placed 27th at the Centennial Conference Championship and 50th at the NCAA Mideast Regional...Ran a career-best 26:21 at the Gettysburg Invitational.
 
2007: Scored in all of his eight races by finishing among the team’s top-five…Was the team’s No. 2 finisher at four meets, including each of the Bullets championship events…Finished 33rd at the Centennial Conference Championship and 67th at the NCAA Mideast Regional, where he ran a collegiate-best 8K time of 26:38. 

2006: Earned Second Team Freshman All-Region honors after finishing 66th at the NCAA Mideast Regional…Was also 38th at the Centennial Conference Championship.

High School: Set a pair of track & field records at West Chester East H.S., running 4:44 for the 1600 and 9:57 for the 3200.

Personal: Has earned All-Academic recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association in each of the past three seasons...Is an Eagle Scout...Born Aug. 24, 1987...Son of Donald and Janice Butterworth...A history major.
