2012: Enjoyed a strong season, taking over a minute off his PR....Ran a career-best time of 28:00 at the Gettysburg Invitational...Was among the team’s top-seven at four of his seven races... Placed 81st at the Centennial Conference Championships.

2011: Finished among Gettysburg’s top-seven in all eight of his races…Broke the team’s top-five to figure into the team scoring at five meets…Ran a season-best time of 29:06 at the Delaware Invitational…Took 173rd out of 328 runners at the NCAA Mideast Regional and as 75th in a field of 105 harriers at the Centennial Conference Championships.

2010: Competed in six races…Finished 76th at the Centennial Conference Championships, where he ran a season-best time of 28:39.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Rumson-Fair Haven H.S….Helped set school records in the indoor distance medley relay, 4x800 relay, and 4x400 relay…Named outstanding freshman and sophomore as well as most dedicated in track…Ran personal-bests of 1:57.8 in the 800 and 4:30 in the 1600.
