Biography


2011: One of the Bullets most consistent performers…Finished among the team’s top-three in six of his seven races and broke the team’s top-five at every meet…Clocked a season-best time of 27:57 at the NCAA Mideast Regional, placing 100th out of 328 runners…Took 61st among 105 harriers at the Centennial Conference Championships…Was the Bullets No. 1 finisher in the 8K at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational.

2010: Enjoyed tremendous improvement, taking over two minutes off his PR…Was among the team’s top-five in five of his seven races…Ran a PR of 27:28 at the Centennial Conference Championships, placing 56th…Was also 105th in 27:36 at the NCAA Mideast Regional…Was the team’s No. 2 finisher at the Little Three Meet, placing 16th…Was also third among the Bullets and 40th overall at the Lebanon Valley Invitational.

2009: Competed in five races…ran a season-best of 29:48 at the Gettysburg Invitational…Finished 72nd at the Centennial Conference Championships.

High School: Competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field at Northampton High School…Served as a captain of his cross country team.
