th Millersville Metrics, finishing with a time of 4:04.47…Registered fourth-place in the mile run at the Mason-Dixon Invitational (4:31.18), which was also the team’s fastest mark on the season…Placed sixth in the 4x400-meter relay at the conference meet (3:27.78)…Received Honorable Mention All-Centennial Conference in the 800-meter run…Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic, Academic All-Centennial Conference, and Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
2018 Indoor: Grabbed third-place in the 4x800-meter relay at the Centennial Conference Championship (8:04.52)… Placed fourth in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:30.04 at the CC Championship, which ranks third in school history…Turned in a mile time of 4:19.03 at the conference meet, slicing four seconds off his personal record and sliding into fourth in the program’s record book…Came in fifth among 34 runners in the 800-meter run at the S.U. Invitational (2:02.07)…Captured fourth-place in the 400-meter dash (54.06) at the Dickinson DuCharme Invitational…Finished fourth in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:41.25 at the Lehigh John Convert Classic…Named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
2017 Indoor: Placed eighth in the mile at the Centennial Conference Championships with a season personal best time of 4:24.48.
2017 Outdoor: Ended season with season personal best times of 2:04.22 in the 800-meter and 4:17.70 in the 1500-meter.
2016 Indoor: Finished 18th in the mile (4:41.63) at the Centennial Conference Championship…Finished the season with a personal season-best time of 4:41.63 in the mile, which was the team’s third-best mark of the season.
2016 Outdoor: Placed 19th in the 1500-meter run (4:09.38) at the Centennial Conference Championship…Recorded personal season-best times of 1:56.89 in the 800 and 4:07.89 in the 1,500, which were also the team’s second-fastest marks of the year.
High School: Competed in cross country and track at Pinkerton Academy under head coach Michael Clark (cross country), Ian French (Indoor Track), and Carol Quarles (Outdoor Track)…An All-State selection.
