Notes: Enters the 2016-17 season holding school records in the 100-breaststroke (1:05.41), 200-breaststroke (2:22.42), 200-medley relay (1:46.11), and 400-medley relay (3:54.38)…Serving as a team co-captain.
2015-16: Earned a medal in four of her five events at the Centennial Conference Championships…Defended her title in the 100-breaststroke while resetting her own school and Centennial Conference record (1:05.41) in prelims…Also claimed a silver medal in the 200-breaststroke, and swam the breaststroke leg of both the 200- and 400-medleys that also finished as the runner-up while posting school records of 1:46.11 and 3:54.38, respectively…Also led off for the 400-freestyle relay “B” team that won the consolation final and placed ninth overall…Finished with personal season-best times of 1:05.41 in the 100-breast, 2:24.71 in the 200-breast, 24.88 in the 50-freestyle, 2:20.40 in the 200-IM, and 5:04.41 in the 400-IM.
2014-15: Competed in six events while picking up three medals at the Centennial Conference Championship…Won the conference title in the 100-breaststroke…Also captured the silver in the 200-medley relay and the bronze in the 400-medley relay…Placed fourth in the 200-butterfly, fifth in the 200-freestyle relay, and eighth in the 50-freestyle…Finished the year with school records in the 100-breaststroke (1:05.76), 200-breaststroke (2:22.42), 200-medley relay (1:47.86), and 400-medley relay (3:56.03)…Also swam personal season-best times of 24.89 in the 50-freestyle and 55.90 in the 100-freestyle…Racked up 13 individual victories in dual meets and invitationals.
2013-14: Captured the bronze in the 100-breaststroke at the Centennial Conference Championships, where she was also seventh in the 200-breaststroke, fourth in the 200-freestyle relay, fourth in the 200-medley relay, fourth in the 400-medley relay, and 10th in the 400-freestyle relay…Swam the breaststroke leg of the 200-medley relay team that set a school record of 1:49.65 at the conference meet…Racked up nine first-place finishes throughout the season
High School: Competed in swimming, cross country, track & field, and lacrosse during her career at Great Valley H.S….Helped set a school record in the 400-freestyle relay…Named all-conference in swimming and served as a team captain…Member of the National Honor Society…An AP Scholar with Distinction…A state qualifier in swimming and cross country.
Family Connections: Father, Randall, graduated from Gettysburg in 1974…Older brother, Matt ’12, swam at Gettysburg and is now an assistant swimming coach at Bryn Mawr College…Older sister, Sara, is a 2015 Gettysburg graduate, and younger brother, Alec ’19, also attends the College.
