Bisacre is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Gettysburg men’s golf program for 2025-26 season, bringing a powerful blend of leadership, mentorship, and mental performance expertise to the program and the Gettysburg College Athletic Department.
A Certified Mental Performance Coach, Bisacre works closely with student-athletes to sharpen their focus, build resilience, and develop the mindset needed to excel under pressure - on and off the golf course. His coaching philosophy centers on helping players unlock their full potential through intentional preparation, focusing on process over outcome, strategic thinking, and personal growth.
Since joining the staff, Bisacre has helped guide Gettysburg to national prominence, a program-best team stroke average of 293.7, and an 11th-place finish at the 2025 NCAA Championship—the highest in school and conference history. He’s been instrumental in the development of standout players like Daniel Suter ’25 and Patrick Kilcoyne ’26, who posted two of the best individual seasons ever recorded at Gettysburg.
A retired Army General Officer, Bisacre brings 33 years of leadership experience, where he specialized in coaching, strategic planning, and team development. He holds degrees from Norwich University (B.A.), Troy State University (M.Ed. in Educational Leadership), and the Army War College (M.A. in Strategic Studies). His disciplined, values-driven approach helps student-athletes thrive in a competitive academic and athletic environment.
An avid golfer and lifelong student of the game, Bisacre is deeply committed to the holistic development of each player and the overall success of the program. He and his wife, Cyndi, reside in New Oxford.
