Davis joins the Bullets coaching staff for the 2026-27 season after spending the last three seasons as an assistant coach at Allegheny.
While with the Gators, she helped develop game strategies and scouting reports as well as leading weekly player development individual workouts.
From her first to second season on staff, Allegheny jumped from a .500 team to a 21-8 record and appearance in the Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) semifinals. She helped mentor the conference player and newcomer of the year in addition to four all-conference selections.
Prior to her time in Meadville, she started her career as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Point Park for two seasons, assisting with player development, film analysis, scouting, and coordinating team travel.
A multi-sport athlete at Ford City High School, Davis began her collegiate career at Butler County Community College, playing basketball and volleyball. In her two seasons with the Pioneers, she finished second on the team in scoring and rebounding as part of back-to-back Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (WPCC) championship teams.
Davis finished her collegiate career at Saint Vincent College, spending three seasons with the Bearcats that was highlighted by a 23-5 campaign, PAC title and NCAA tournament berth in 2018-19. She was a three-time PAC Spring Academic Honor Roll recipient.
After earning her associates in business management, Davis is a two-time graduate of Saint Vincent. She earned a bachelor of science in marketing with a minor in finance in 2019 before completing her master of science in management in 2021.
