Ditsky joins the Bullets coaching staff in 2027 to work primarily with the goalies – a position she knows well.
She spent the last two seasons as a standout goalie at Lebanon Valley, garnering MAC Freedom Goalie of the Year honors in 2025. She was a first-team all-conference selection as a junior and second-team honoree as a senior. The two-time team captain, she started all 37 games in her two seasons with the Flying Dutchmen. She made 243 saves with 77 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers.
As a senior, she posted an 8.23 goals-against average, which ranked 22nd in Division III. She picked up 99 saves, including a pair of 10-save outings against ranked foes. Ditsky was also a two-time MAC Academic Honor Roll and IWLCA Academic Honor Roll selection at Lebanon Valley.
Ditsky started her collegiate career at Division I Eastern Michigan, where she played 22 games with 15 starts between the pipes over her first two seasons. Combined over her four years, she had a .415 save percentage and 10.72 goals-against average. She was a captain on the Eagles’ inaugural team in 2023.
Ditsky has also served as a club coach for Phantastix West Lacrosse since 2021, coaching goalies at all levels. She has also served as a USA Lacrosse official since 2022 for youth lacrosse and summer club lacrosse in the Lancaster-Lebanon League.
