Raba joins the Gettysburg staff for the 2026 season. He will serve as the team's offensive coordinator.
Raba played collegiately at Wesleyan, serving as a team captain during his senior season of 2025. He helped the Cardinals to the 2024 NESCAC championship and led the team in scoring each of the three seasons he played. Starting 51 games on attack, he registered 61 goals and 157 assists for 218 points in his career. He graduated as the program record holder in assists per game (3.08) and third all-time in points per game (4.27). His 3.50 assists per game in 2025 and 3.35 per game in 2024 led the NESCACÂ both seasons. He was also top three in points per game both seasons.
He was a three-time USILA All-American, including earning third team honors in 2024 and second-team accolades in 2025. He was also a first-team USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American in 2025 and participated in the USILA North/South Senior All-Star Game. He was also highly successful in the classroom, claiming USILA Scholar All-America honors twice.
While at Wesleyan, Raba also served as an assistant football coach at Yale. He served as a defensive quality control coach and assistant linebackers coach in 2024 after serving as director of football operations for the 2022 and 2023 Ivy League champion teams.Â
Raba, who played for his father John at Wesleyan, graduated with a bachelor of arts in government.Â
