McAllister is in her fourth year on the Bullets' staff in 2026.
In her three seasons on staff, Gettysburg was the national runners-up in 2023 and helped guide the squad back to the national semifinals in 2025. She was part of the 2024 Centennial Conference Coaching Staff of the Year and 2025 IWLCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year. She has helped coach eight IWLCA All-Americans, 12 IWLCA all-region players and 22 all-conference players. The Bullets have also had the IWLCA Preseason Midfielder of the Year and IWLCA Preseason Defender of the Year in her tenure. The Bullets have claimed seven of the conference's top honors over three seasons.
Prior to her arrival at Gettysburg, she served as an assistant coach at Lebanon Valley for the 2021 and 2022 seasons. She helped mentor a pair of all-region performers and seven all-conference players in those two seasons.
She also had coaching stops at Catholic and Lycoming following her graduation from Lock Haven in 2018. A defender for the women's lacrosse team, she was a captain her senior season. The Bald Eagles won the PSAC championship in 2014 and 2015, advancing to the Division II national finals.
She earned both her bachelors and masters degrees from Lock Haven.
