Freshman Maggie Maguire made a splash in her second week of competition as a collegian. In 10 games, she went 14-for-34 (.412 batting average) with 12 runs and a team-high 17 RBI. Nine of her hits went for extra bases, including four home runs, as she posted a slugging percentage of .941. Maguire hit home runs in three consecutive games during the team's trip to Myrtle Beach and made the most of her first career at bat at home in Centennial play by blasting a two-run shot against Haverford on March 20.
