The defense ruled the day in Centennial victories over McDaniel (63-35) and Haverford (47-36) last week. The Bullets held their opponents to a combined 17.3 percent shooting from the field (23-for-133), including just 6-of-46 (13.0 percent) from beyond the arc. Gettysburg, which leads all of Division III in field-goal percentage defense at 27 percent, has held its last 13 opponents below 30 percent shooting from the floor.
