Caitlin Moser was named MVP after leading the Bullets to the Frostburg State Jim Crawley Tip-off Tournament championship over the weekend. Moser averaged 15 points and 3.5 boards, while shooting 57.1 percent from the field in victories over Wilkes (83-40) and host Frostburg (63-56).
