Bay turned in an outstanding showing at the Millersville Metrics on Saturday, scoring in a pair of events while competing in a mixed field of Division II and III athletes. He placed fourth among 47 competitors in the 200-meter dash, winning his heat and finishing fourth in 22.39. He also came in sixth in a field of 48 in the 100-meter dash, crossing the line in 11.29. Bay was the second Division III finisher in both events. Earlier in the week, he posted a pair of second-place finishes in both the 100 and 200 while anchoring the winning 4x100 relay (43.54) in a dual meet with Messiah College.
