Making her second appearance at nationals, Cavanaugh finished 13th among 22 competitors in the 100-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Ohio Wesleyan University. In addition, with a time of 14.45 seconds, she lowered her own school record by 0.1 seconds. Cavanaugh, who also competed at the 2013 NCAA Division III Indoor Championships, entered the meet seeded 21st.
