Gettysburg College Athletics

Sophomore Laura Bergin averaged 4.08 kills and 1.83 digs per set in a 2-1 week for the Gettysburg volleyball team. Bergin opened the schedule with a career-high 21 kills to lead the Bullets to a 3-2 victory at McDaniel on Oct. 22. She added a dozen kills in a 3-1 loss to Muhlenberg before capping the week with 16 kills in a sweep of Messiah on Oct. 25. Bergin leads the team and ranks sixth in the Centennial Conference with 3.29 kills per set this fall.
