Libby won all six events he competed in over a pair of Centennial Conference (CC) meets this week. In a 108-97 win over Dickinson, he gave the Bullets the victory on the final event, rallying his team from over a second down while anchoring the 200-free relay. He also won the 200-free and 100-fly against the Red Devils. Then in a loss to CC dual meet champion Franklin & Marshall, Libby won the 100- and 200-free in season-bests of 47.01 and 1:43.30 while anchoring the winning 400-free relay (3:14.52).
