Harmon had a hand in seven winning events over seven races, helping the Bullets go 2-0 and finish the season with an undefeated record of 9-0 (6-0 CC). In a 110-83 victory over Dickinson, he won the 100-backstroke (53.37), swam the leadoff backstroke leg of the winning 200-medley relay (1:36.01), and led off for the winning 200-freestyle relay (1:26.70) that was exhibitioned. Then in a 146-116 victory at Franklin & Marshall, he bagged individual wins in the 100-backstroke (52.29) and the 200-backstroke (1:55.69) while leading off for the victorious 200-medley relay (1:36.66) and 400-freestyle relay (3:13.16). Harmon posted a dramatic victory in the 200-back versus F&M, trailing on the final turn before storming from behind to win by three-hundredths of a second.
