Hilfrank closed out the season with a strong finish at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional, hosted by Dickinson College at Big Spring High School. She placed 46th in a field of 365 runners, completing the 6,000-meter course in 23:23 while helping lead the Bullets to a 14th-place finish among 50 teams.
