Harcourt turned in a huge season as first-year for the Bullets. He averaged a 76.0 during his rookie campaign at Gettysburg, finishing second on the team and fourth in the Centennial Conference (CC) while helping the Bullets to a tremendous season. His efforts landed him All-Centennial Conference, CC Co-Rookie of the Year, Division III PING All-Mid-Atlantic Region, and Division III All-Freshmen Team honors. He broke 75 in seven rounds, including the Gettysburg Spring Invitational, where he dropped a 70 to win medalist honors. However, he saved his top outing for his final round of the year, when he fired a three-under-par 69 over the final round of the 54-hole Centennial Conference Championship. His performance vaulted him into a five-way tie for first place, and after a playoff to decide a champion, Harcourt technically finished tied for second.
