Hilfrank captured All-Region honors by placing 20th among 371 runners at the NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Mideast Regional at DeSales University. She helped lead the Bullet to a 12th-place finish among 51 teams, marking Gettysburg's best finish at the meet since 2012.
