Taber shattered the school record in the indoor 5,000-meter run to lead Gettysburg at the Lehigh John Covert Classic. Running his first-ever indoor 5K, he cruised to a time of 15:07.31 - over 13 seconds faster than the previous record that had been held by Bill Gray '96 since 1996. Taber was the top collegiate finisher, placing second among 14 Division I, Division III, and unattached runners.
