Megan Feeg made six saves and Gettysburg posted its second straight shutout, blanking host McDaniel College 2-0 in Centennial Conference (CC) field hockey action Tuesday afternoon.

Stephanie Thomson also made six saves for McDaniel (8-5, 3-4 CC), which held a slim 12-11 advantage in shots.
Making the most of a trip to her hometown, Spieker scored what held up as the game-winning goal, tipping in a shot from junior
Hayward Sawers with 25:24 left in the opening half for her fourth tally of the season.
Kleinburd sent home an insurance goal with 15:07 on the clock, converting a feed from sophomore
Erica Barbuto.
Feeg kept the shutout intact midway through the second half with a sprawling kick save on an offering from the top of the circle. It was her first clean sheet of the season and the fifth of her career.
Senior
Megan Bernstein added to her school record for defensive saves with the 15th stop of her career. Junior
Ally Duggan also recorded a d-save.
Gettysburg plays its final regular season home game of the season on Friday, when it hosts Muhlenberg College in another CC contest.
