SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Andrew Murphy scored the game's lone goal in the 89th minute and Susquehanna University handed Gettysburg its first loss of the season, topping the Bullets 1-0 in a non-conference men's soccer match Saturday evening.

It was an incredibly close match statistically, with each team taking 10 shots and the Crusaders holding a slim 4-3 edge in corner kicks.

Sophomore Connor Darrell finished with four saves in goal for Gettysburg (1-1) while Pat Horan stopped three shots for Susquehanna (2-0).

Senior Eric Hynes, who scored one of the Bullets goals in the team's 2-1 win at Lebanon Valley on Friday, led Gettysburg with four shots against the Crusaders.

The Bullets pick up their schedule on Wednesday, when they host non-conference foe Misericordia University in their home opener at 7 p.m.
