Coming off their bye week, the Bullets (6-0, 5-0 CC) put their undefeated record on the line once again as they visit Muhlenberg College (3-2, 2-2 CC) on Saturday in a Centennial Conference affair. Kickoff at Scotty Wood Stadium is set for 1 p.m.

QUICK HITS
1. The Bullets are 5-0 for just the third time in the 120-year history of the program and the first time since 1987, when Gettysburg started the season 6-0. They are also 4-0 in Centennial Conference play for the first time since the 1994 squad opened 5-0.
2. Gettysburg is ranked among the top-25 in Division III in eight different statistical categories and is third in rushing offense (326.8 yards per game).
3. The Bullets are 16-5 since Week Six of the 2010 season. They have also won six straight dating back to last year, marking the team's longest winning streak since a seven-gamer in 1994.
SERIES HISTORY
Gettysburg leads Muhlenberg 43-32-1 in the all-time series that began in 1907. The Bullets have captured two of the last three meetings but are seeking their first victory at Muhlenberg since 1996.
LAST TIME OUT
The defense came up with six takeaways while the offense rushed for 278 yards and five touchdowns as the Bullets cruised by winless McDaniel College 35-3 on Homecoming at Shirk Field at Musselman Stadium on Sept. 29. Muhlenberg committed five turnovers and was held to 217 yards in a 19-0 loss at Susquehanna University on Sept. 29. It was the first time Muhlenberg was shut out in a regular season game since 1998 and its first shutout in a Centennial Conference affair since 1996. The Mules allowed just 250 total yards, with sophomore linebacker Ian Gimbar making 4.0 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks.
LAST YEAR'S MATCHUP
Gettysburg held Muhlenberg to 220 yards, including 90 over the final three quarters, en route to a 14-10 victory at Shirk Field at Musselman Stadium. The Bullets, who overcame five turnovers, trailed 10-0 but outscored the Mules 14-0 in the second and third quarters, as receiver

AMONG THE NCAA LEADERS
As previously mentioned, the Bullets continue to be ranked highly in Division III in numerous statistical categories. Their three kickoff returns have averaged a nation-leading 40.5 yards, and they are also third in rushing offense (326.8 ypg), fourth in scoring defense (8.2 ppg), 10th in scoring offense (43.2 ppg), 13th in total offense (489.2 ypg), 14th in total defense (247.6 ypg), 23rd in rushing defense (83.4 ypg), tied for 30th in sacks (3.00 spg), 34th in sacks allowed (1.00 spg), and tied for 50th in tackles for loss (7.60 tflpg). THE GETTYSBURG OFFENSE
Gettysburg's ground game continues to power the offense and has accounted for a Centennial Conference-leading 23 touchdowns. Senior tailback

Kody Smith has scrambled for 67.4 yards per game to rank eighth in the conference, and he has also rushed for five touchdowns. Sophomore tailback

THE GETTYSBURG DEFENSE
Gettysburg's defense has held four of its five opponents to a single-digit scoring total, and the Bullets 41 points allowed are the fewest through five games since the 1986 team yielded 34 at the midway point of its season. Senior linebacker

THE GETTYSBURG SPECIAL TEAMS
Freshman
Robby Fay continues to handle double duty on special teams as both a kicker and punter. He has converted 26-of-29 extra-points and has averaged 37.1 yards on 15 punts. Junior
Tommy LeNoir has made 15 of Gettysburg's 17 punt returns and leads the conference with 11.2 yards per return. Junior Freddy Caruso returned the opening kickoff 89 yards for a touchdown in team's season-opening win over Misericordia.
SCOUTING MUHLENBERG
The Mules, who are also coming off their bye week, have made their mark defensively this season and rank second behind only the Bullets in scoring defense at 11.4 points per game. They are also second in pass defense (147.6 ypg) and third in both rushing defense (133.4 ypg) and total defense (281.0 ypg). Junior linebacker Kory Crichton leads the team and the conference with 10.2 tackles per game while senior linebacker Matt Johnson is close behind with 9.2 hits per game, including 6.5 for loss. Sophomore linebacker Ian Gimbar leads the team in sacks (4.0) and tackles for loss (7.5). Offensively, senior tailback Terrence Dandridge has rushed for 84.0 yards per game and two touchdowns while senior quarterback Dan Deighan has added 54.2 yards per game and four touchdowns on the ground. Deighan has also passed for 151.2 yards per game, three touchdowns, and three interceptions. Senior wide receiver John Merklinger has caught a team-high 21 passes for 31.8 yards per game, and senior wideout Isaiah Vaughn has averaged 21.1 yards per catch and 71.8 yards per game on 17 receptions.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Senior safety
Drew Olsen was named the Centennial Conference Defensive Co-Player of the Week after his two-interception performance in the Bullets 35-3 win over McDaniel. Both of his interceptions came in the first half with McDaniel in Gettysburg territory, and his first pick came in the Bullet end zone. It was Gettysburg's fourth conference player of the week selection this season and first on defense.
NATIONAL RECOGNITION
In the fourth American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division III Top-25 Coaches' Poll of the season, the Bullets received 28 votes - sixth-most among schools ranked outside the top-25. Gettysburg was one of two Centennial Conference schools to appear in the poll, as Johns Hopkins was ranked No. 11.
STREETER EARNS SECOND HALL OF FAME NOD
Gettysburg Head Coach
Barry Streeter was recently named to the Adams County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. Already a member of the Lebanon Valley College Hall of Fame, Streeter will be officially inducted on Nov. 13 at the Dobbin House in Gettysburg.
THE COACHES
Streeter is now in his 34th year at the helm of the Bullets. With 172 career victories, he is tied for ninth among active Division III coaches in wins. He is also tied for 21st on the all-time Division III coaches win list. Streeter, who owns a career record of 172-162-5, is Gettysburg's all-time winningest and longest-tenured football coach in program history. In addition, his 103 Centennial Conference football wins are second in conference history.
Mike Donnelly is in the midst of his 16th season at Muhlenberg. With a record of 101-63, he is the all-time winningest coach in program history.
