GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Head coach Michael Green has announced the final three additions to the Gettysburg football staff, rounding out his initial staff for the 2026 season.

Hired on Jan. 13 as the Bullets' 27th head football coach, Green adds the final three staffers to bring the total number of assistant coaches on staff to nine.

Bill Lang joins the offensive staff and will have charge of the tight ends in Trey Kavanaugh's offense.

Brady McClintock rounds out the offensive staff as running backs coach while TJ Quaker joins the defensive staff, led by Zach Mallard, as assistant defensive backs coach.

Lang has spent the last three seasons as offensive coordinator at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. In his time in charge of the Pride offense, his unit established program records in every offensive category and most of the individual offensive records. He coached eight all-conference performers in three years and the program's first 1,000-yard rusher in junior second-team all-conference running back Caleb Perry.

In addition to serving as offensive coordinator, he was responsible for both the offensive line and tight ends during his time in Dubuque and served as the team's academic coordinator last year.

Prior to Clarke, Lang had multiple stints with a pair of Division I programs – Towson and Missouri, including serving as tight ends and fullbacks coach in Towson from 2019-22. He guided fullback Luke Hamilton to All-CAA second team honors in 2021 as one of the top blockers in the conference. Lang helped a pair of tight ends each have more than a dozen catches and a combined three touchdowns in 2019.  His fullbacks helped block for an offense that had all-conference selections at quarterback and running back. He also served as the offensive quality control coach at Towson from 2014-16, breaking down game film and helping coach the offensive line, tight ends and long snappers. He also coordinated the defensive and special teams scouting units.

Prior to his return to Towson, Lang spent 2018 with the Missouri as a tight end graduate assistant and recruiter. He assisted in the creation of a new offensive playbook, assisted in drills and helped with all aspects of the recruiting process. He was also in Columbia from July 2016 to June 2017. He spent a season as the offensive line graduate assistant at Florida International between stints. FIU finished 8-5 in 2017 with an appearance in the Gasparilla Bowl.

Lang was an offensive lineman at guard and tackle at the College of the Holy Cross from 2009-13, helping the team to the Patriot League title in 2009.

McClintock played his collegiate ball at Lycoming as a wide receiver and tight end from 2019-22. Following his graduation with a bachelor of arts in psychology in 2023, he returned to Littlestown High School to help coach the Thunderbolts. He has served the last three seasons as wide receivers coach and defensive backs assistant. He was responsible for scouting opponents and assisted with the offensive and defensive concepts.

Quaker joins the Bullets staff after serving as offensive coordinator for Mansfield's sprint football for the last two seasons. He coached the 2024 Collegiate Sprint Football League Offensive Player of the Year and league MVP after Cahsid Raymond accounted for 1,159 all-purpose yards, ranking third in the league in rushing (604) and fifth in receiving (386). Over the two seasons, he coached 11 all-conference performers on the offensive side of the ball. Quaker coordinated the highest scoring and yard-per-game offense in the history of sprint football at Mansfield.

Prior to that, he served as a varsity football coach at West Perry High School since 1997. After working with the wide receivers and defensive backs in addition to coordinating the passing game, he was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2008 and spent his final 10 seasons as assistant head coach and strength and conditioning coach in addition to his duties as offensive coordinator.

In his time at West Perry, he coached the top six wide receivers in school history and four first-team all-state wideouts. In total, he coached 12 all-state players at wide receiver and defensive back and coordinated the top three scoring offenses in school history that included averaging more than 41 points and 420 yards per game in 2022.

Quaker has served as Dean of Students at West Perry since 2019 after being a special education teacher at the school from 1999-2019.
