YORK, Pa. – Taylor Brummitt scored in the 75th minute and a tough York (Pa.) College team slipped by Gettysburg 1-0 in a non-conference match Wednesday afternoon.

The Spartans, who improved to 11-2-1, entered the game ranked No. 10 in Division III by D3soccer.com.

Junior #Connor Darrell# made a season-high seven saves for the Bullets (4-7-1) , who lost by a 1-0 count for the second straight match.

York outshot Gettysburg 19-4 and held an 11-1 advantage in corners. Jesse Derksen made three saves for the Spartans.

The Bullets return to action on Saturday, when they visit Haverford College at 1 p.m. in a Centennial Conference tilt.
