The Garnet assumed a 2-1 lead when Gluck scored off a rebound with 26:09 remaining. But Sawers answered again, this time with an unassisted tally to make it 2-2 with 18:11 showing.

The goalies came up big over the remainder of regulation, as Feeg and Capone each made three saves over the final 12 minutes, including a stop by Capone on a shot from junior Liz Baron with 49 seconds left.

Gluck's final goal came on the first shot of overtime.

The Garnet finished with a 15-14 edge in shots while the Bullets held an 8-6 advantage in corners.
