SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Susquehanna University scored the game's first two goals and the host Crusaders held on for a 2-1 victory over Gettysburg in non-conference men's soccer action Wednesday evening.
Andrew Murphy scored twice for Susquehanna (8-4-1), striking in the 14th and 62nd minutes. He was true on a shot from 25 yards out in the first half before converting a header to make it 2-0 with 28:22 remaining.

Andrew Bellis (Hershey, Pa./Hershey) put on the Bullets (2-9-1) on the scoreboard in the 64th minute when he connected on his first career goal. With 26:54 left, he drove in a direct kick from 18 yards away to make it a 2-1 game.
Gettysburg attempted three potential game-tying shots the rest of the way, but all three were saved by Matt Salsman, who finished with seven stops.
Senior
Connor Darrell (Cream Ridge, N.J./Allentown) also made seven saves for the Bullets.
Susquehanna outshot the Bullets 18-10 while both sides took five corner kicks.
Gettysburg returns to Centennial Conference action on Saturday, when it visits Washington College at 4 p.m.
