CLERMONT, Fla. – Senior Lindsey Robinson (Potomac, Md./Holton-Arms) turned in seven points and junior Loren Pruitt (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) and sophomore Bridget Kenny (Gladstone, N.J./Bernards) each scored three goals to lead the fourth-ranked Gettysburg College women's lacrosse team to a 14-7 victory over No. 15 Ithaca College at the National Training Center on Wednesday.
 
Gettysburg (5-0) closed out a perfect spring trip with its third victory over a nationally-ranked program this season. Robinson played a big part, totaling 23 points in three games during the trip. Against Ithaca (2-1), she scored two goals and dished out five assists to move past Hollis Stahl '10 into eighth on the program's all-time scoring list with 223 points.
 
Robinson tallied the game's first score just 26 seconds into the contest, but the Bombers prevented the Bullets from running away early and had the game tied 2-2 nine minutes in.
 
Gettysburg, which put up 38 goals in a pair of wins on Monday, dialed in with six goals over a five-minute stretch to pull away. Junior Bailey Beardsley (Union Bridge, Md./Francis Scott Key) started the run with a free-position goal at 18:37 and Robinson followed with another tally 30 seconds later. Robinson assisted on the next three goals before Pruitt closed the run at 13:24.
 
Freshman Amanda Borucki (Westminster, Md./North Carroll) scored on a free-position shot with four seconds left in the half to push the advantage to 9-3.
 
Ithaca turned in three of the first four goals of the final period to pull to 10-6 on the scoreboard. A three-goal run by the Bullets capped by a goal by junior Kelsey Markiewicz (Salisbury, Conn./Berkshire School (Mass.)) put the margin at seven (13-6) with just under nine minutes left.
 
Pruitt and Kenny each finished with three goals and one assist, while Markiewicz and Beardsley turned in a pair of tallies. Kenny also recorded five draw controls.
 
Freshman goalie Lindsay Clinton (Barto, Pa./Boyertown) posted six saves and one caused turnover to anchor the defensive unit. Senior Kat Nestor (Darien, Conn./Darien) logged four ground balls and senior Hayward Sawers (Timonium, Md./St. Paul's School for Girls) tallied two ground balls and two caused turnovers.
 
Gettysburg will face sixth-ranked College of New Jersey in its next game on Wednesday, March 20, at 4 p.m.
