Box Score WESTMINSTER, Md. – Gettysburg College possessed a 10-goal lead just over 13 minutes into the game and the eighth-ranked Bullets finished with a season-high scoring output in a 20-8 victory at McDaniel College in Centennial Conference women's lacrosse action Wednesday evening.
Gettysburg (10-2, 4-1 CC) tallied 12 of the first 13 goals at McDaniel (8-4, 3-2 CC). The Bullets have recorded an average margin victory of over 11 goals in the last five contests. Gettysburg missed only nine shot attempts and the visitors controlled possession by winning 20-of-29 draw controls.

Bridget Kenny (Gladstone, N.J./Bernards) fueled the offensive explosion with six goals and one assist, while classmate
Mandy Buell (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) tallied four goals. Junior
Abby Baigelman (Larchmont, N.Y./Mamaroneck) tallied two goals and three assists.
The Bullets failed to win the opening draw, but that didn't stop a quick goal by the visitors. Sophomore
Shannon Keeler (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) stopped the first shot of the game and Gettysburg came right back with a goal by Buell 39 seconds into the contest. Junior
Amanda Borucki (Westminster, Md./North Carroll) scored 31 seconds later to make it 2-0.
The game belonged to Kenny over the next five minutes as she scored each of the Bullets' next five goals. Her conversion off a feed by Baigelman made it 7-0 at 22:47.
Samantha Barbeito finally put the hosts on the board at 21:44, but that hardly slowed Gettysburg. After winning the ensuing draw control, Buell used up just 18 seconds to kick off a 5-0 run. Back-to-back goals by junior
Samantha Aiello (Sparks, Md./Maryvale Prep) made it 11-1 with 16:20 left in the first period.
Gettysburg maintained the double-figure advantage with two goals in the final 13 seconds of the opening half. Freshman
Katie Willis (Baltimore, Md./Notre Dame Prep) scored the final goal as time expired to make it 15-4 at the break.
The Bullets emptied the bench in the second half with nearly every healthy player finding her way to the field. The lead never dipped below 10 and reached 13 (20-7) on a goal by Borucki with 10:33 to play.

Liz Cocchiola (Lebanon, N.J./North Hunterdon) each finished with two goals. Sophomore
Maggie Connolly (Winchester, Mass./Winchester) and Kenny led Gettysburg's draw domination with five and four draw controls, respectively.
Keeler posted five saves in goal. Junior
Emily Tropsa (Darien, Conn./Darien) scooped four ground balls, while seniors
Chelsea Reed (Reisterstown, Md./McDonogh School) and
Allie Clark (Wynnewood, Pa./Episcopal Academy) each contributed two caused turnovers.
Danielle Entrot posted three goals and one assist and Julia Jacobs recorded a pair of scores for McDaniel.
