Alex Calder (Baltimore, Md./Dulaney) slapped in her first career goal on a penalty corner. Hardman picked up the assist after passing the ball in from the corner.
Gettysburg posted the first 14 shots of the second half, but the visitors could not convert as Washington goalie Sadie Robertson posted five of her game-high eight saves.
The Shorewomen scored twice in the final eight minutes. Allison Remenapp knocked home the first in the 63rd minute, while Davis added her second goal on a pass by Remenapp with less than five minutes left.
Gettysburg held a 22-9 edge in shots, while Washington led 10-8 in penalty corners.
