• Mary Lauren Franz had two assists to lead the Bears, who clinched the No. 4 seed and a home game in next week's conference tournament.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• In the fifth minute, Mary Lauren Franz sent a ball across the goal from the right post that Addie Plummer was able to knock in for her first goal.
• The teams traded possession over the next 35 minutes before Franz dribbled down the right side and found a cutting Jordan Moore in the center of the circle. Moore finished to make it 2-0.
• Just 3:38 later, Amanda Groeling put in a rebound off a shot-and-save for the final margin.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Ursinus finished the game with an 18-9 advantage in shots, including taking the final nine attempts of the game.
• The Bears also finished with a 9-6 edge in penalty corners.
