• Gettysburg started the second half with the ball in the attacking end for the first 30 minutes, including a point-blank stop by Marissa Spacht off the foot of
Molly O'Shea just 90 seconds second before Carly Stevens lofted a ball from 30 yards out that floated into the back of the net for the game's first goal.
• Daniella Blitz provided the insurance in the 84th minute from right in front of the cage.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg finished with advantages of 21-6 in shots and 7-0 in corner kicks.
• It was the first-ever meeting between the Bullets and Gophers.
