OPENING TIP: Tonight's non-conference game marks the third meeting all-time between Gettysburg (1-1) and Eastern (0-1) in a series that dates back to 2001. The Bullets have won both of the previous meetings but they have not played since 2016. 

WHEN LAST WE MET: Jessica Porter picked up her second career MVP honor at the Gettysburg College Tournament after pouring in a game-high 25 points to lead the host Bullets past Eastern 73-57 on Jan. 4, 2016. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

LAST TIME OUT: Gettysburg and Allegheny were deadlocked after the first quarter but the Bullets went to notch an 86-66 win on Saturday afternoon. Alayna Arnolie led the Bullets with a double-double, notching 20 points and 10 rebounds. Emily Lauer led all scorers with 21 points for the Gators. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

SEEING 20/20: Sophomore Alayna Arnolie has picked up right where she left off her Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year campaign. She averaged 20.5 points over the first two official games of the season. After pouring in 22 points in a quadruple-overtime exhibition game against UMBC on Wednesday, she netted 21 point against Baldwin Wallace on Friday and 20 against Allegheny on Saturday. She shot 44.7 percent from the floor for the weekend, hitting 6 of 19 from long range. She also pulled down 13 rebounds to go with six assists and six steals.

LAST TIME OUT: Eastern got off to a roaring start in its season opener on Friday but offensive struggles in the second and third quarters proved costly in an eventual 54-45 loss to Notre Dame (Md.). Wynter Bess led the Eagles with 11 points on 4 of 8 shooting and 3 of 5 from beyond the arc. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

ROAD WARRIORS: The Eagles continue their early-season road trip. After opening the season in Baltimore on Friday, Eastern plays here tonight before a trip to Rowan on Saturday and a game at Immaculata on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The Eagles' lone home game is against Penn State-Berks on Monday, Nov. 27. Eastern is just 4-25 in road games since the beginning of the 2020-21 season.
