THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg dominated the first and final quarters of play to open up a 14-point lead over Dickinson at half and extend it to a final 68-38 margin.

THE LEADERS
Alayna Arnolie (Vienna, Va./James Madison) put up 21 points, tying her career best and including going 5 of 8 outside the arc.
Mackenzie Szlosek (Holtsville, N.Y./Sachem East) also cracked double digits with 14 points and grabbed six boards. She also dished four assists.
Caitlyn Priore (Holland, Pa./Germantown Academy) paced the defense with five blocks and five rebounds.

FOR THE FOES
• Clair Marion scored nine points and grabbed five rebounds for the Red Devils.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• The score remained within two possessions early as Shinya Lee (Rochester, N.Y./Holderness Prep) and Mia Chapman traded layups and AB Holsinger (Crozet, Va./Langley) hit two back-to-back 3-pointers. A Reagan Chrencik (New Hope, Pa./New Hope-Solesbury) layup with 5:13 showing sparked an 8-3 run, concluded by an Arnolie triple, to give the Bullets an 11-point lead. Arnolie hit another three and Chrencik laid one in before Victoria Zerbe converted in the final 46 seconds of the first quarter to yield a Gettysburg 23-9 lead after one.
• Dickinson began to chip away at the lead during the second quarter, using jumpers by Mia Chapman, Clair Marion, and Jenna Weinstein to chip the deficit back to 11. Kimberly Hopkins (Baldwin, N.Y./Sacred Heart Academy) sank three at the line to push the lead back up to 14 points going into halftime.
• The teams traded layups to start the second half before Marion and Abby John converted to cut the lead back to 10 points, the closest the game had been since the first quarter. However, the Bullets quickly responded as Priore converted an and one and Arnolie made another 3-pointer to push the lead back to 45-29. Nearly two minutes elapsed with neither team scoring, but Arnolie broke through with yet another triple with 1:10 left in the third quarter, and Mackenzie Szlosek laid the ball in with nine seconds remaining to give the hosts a 19-point advantage.
• Four straight field goals and one more Arnolie triple made it a 30-point Bullets lead with just over five minutes left to play. Clare Cronley hit a 3-pointer of her own to halt Gettysburg's 11-0 run, but Gettysburg closed out the game on a 7-2 run to set the final 68-38 margin.

THE INSIDE STORY
Reagan Chrencik put up a career-high nine points.
• Gettysburg shot nearly 50% (49.1) from field goal range, while the Red Devils hit just 28.1% of their field goal attempts.
• Arnolie's five 3-pointers in one game are tied for seventh-most in program history.
