THE SKINNY STORY
Swarthmore, the fifth seed in the Centennial Conference tournament, plated six runs in the top of the sixth inning to secure an 11-2 win over fourth-seeded Gettysburg.
THE LEADERS

Giovanna Komst (Londonderry, N.H./Londonderry) led the Bullets with a 2-for-3 day at the plate.
FOR THE FOES
• Olivia McClammy went 4-for-4 with four RBIs to pace the Garnet.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Olivia McClammy led off the second inning with a home run to straightaway center field for a 1-0 lead.
• The Garnet then tacked on three more runs in the third inning, starting the frame with three straight singles to load the bases before Gettysburg got an out at the plate. A McClammy single up the middle scored two runs before a two-out Emily Bertrand single scored Alex Simon for a 4-0 lead.

Elliana Hopple (Collegeville, Pa./The Episcopal Academy) drew a one-out walk in the bottom of the inning.
Julia Smith (Marydel, Md./Queen Anne's County) and
Giovanna Komst poked two-out singles to load the bases before
Olivia Moser (Robbinsville, N.J./Robbinsville) followed with a walk to force in the Bullets' first run of the game.
• Jordan Jackson started the fourth with a single before an Iris Barone bunt single put two on. With two outs, McClammy came up with a single to right, scoring Jackson to push the lead back to four.
• Swarthmore sent 10 to the plate in the sixth with five singles and two walks to make it an 11-1 game. Brooke Coneeny had the big hit of the inning, coming up with a two-out single to center with the bases loaded to score two and make it a 9-1 game.

Jess Campana (Brick, N.J./St. John Vianney) drew a one-out walk in the home sixth before taking second on a wild pitch and scoring on a
Carlie Goldstein (Verona, N.J./Verona) double for the final margin.
