Konrad Vandborg (Gentofte, Denmark/Rabun Gap) connected with Walle Hargwigsson Lundblad (Malmo, Sweden/Rabun Gap) for a 31-yard connection to set up first-and-goal before the drive stalled and the Bullets had to settle for a 23-yard

• Barry cashed in a fourth-and-2 for an 11-yard touchdown run up the middle to finish off an 11-play, 63-yard drive and 14-3 lead with 12:42 to play in the second quarter. After a sack fumble on the next drive gave the Captains the ball at the Bullets 10, Gunner White took the first play to the end zone and pushed the lead to 21-3 just 62 seconds later. • After Christopher Newport stretched the lead to 35-3 with a Barry-to-Trey Hayes 34-yard touchdown pass with 13:23 remaining in the third quarter, Vandborg engineered a 13-play, 65-yard drive for the first touchdown of the day for the Bullets.
Peter Schelling punched it in from inside the one-yard line for his first rushing TD of the year with 7:34 on the clock, cutting the deficit to 35-10. The Captains responded with a nine-play, 67-yard drive that ended with a touchdown, stretching the lead back to 42-10 with 3:18 showing.
