THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg held Swarthmore to just one field goal for more than 26 minutes while the offense shot 53.4 percent for the game to cruise to an 80-25 win.
THE LEADERS

Alayna Arnolie (Vienna, Va./James Madison) led the Bullets with a season high-tying 21 points that included hitting 5 of 8 3-pointers.

Mackenzie Szlosek (Holtsville, N.Y./Sachem East) added 19 points and five rebounds.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• Behind points from four different players, Gettysburg jumped out to an 8-2 lead in the game's first 2:47. A pair of
Mackenzie Szlosek 3-pointers in the final 1:23 of the first quarter extended the lead to 21-7 through the first 10 minutes.
• Dana Bandurick got the first basket of the second quarter but the Bullets then held Swarthmore to just one field goal in the final 9:45 of the quarter and without a single field goal in the third quarter. Eight points from
Alayna Arnolie in the second period helped push the lead to 38-13 at the break.
• Gettysburg tallied the first seven points of the third quarter to open up a 45-13 lead with 6:02 remaining. After a single Swarthmore free throw, the Bullets tallied another 10 in a row that included eight more from Arnolie. Four in a row from Szlosek pushed the advantage to 44 en route to a 59-17 lead after three quarters.
• The lead grew to 51 behind seven points from
Tatum Murray (Newton, Mass./Newton South) in the first 5:02 of the fourth quarter. Alyssa Hayashi snapped a 1-for-29 stretch, hitting a layup with 3:31 to play.
THE INSIDE STORY
• The 25 points allowed and 55-point margin of victory were both the largest in series history for Gettysburg.
• The Bullets limited Swarthmore to 15.1 percent shooting, including 0-for-13 from deep.

AB Holsinger (Crozet, Va./Langley) chipped in four points and five assists.
