THE SKINNY STORY
In a back-and-forth game, the teams traded goals but it was Swarthmore with the final say, converting a third-chance penalty corner nearly seven minutes into overtime to defeat Gettysburg, 4-3.

Bella Bonazinga (Spring Lake, N.J./Wall Twp.) scored twice to lead the Bullets.
FOR THE FOES
• Amelia Landry scored twice for the Garnet, including the game-winner.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• On a breakaway in the waning seconds of the first quarter, Katherine Kohn passed quickly to Sophia Hitchingham on the post and she finished just before the final horn for a 1-0 lead.
• Off a corner in the 19th minute,
Bella Bonazinga knocked home a rebound to knot the game at 1-all.
• The Garnet converted on a corner of its own in the 40th minute when Magdelana Jordan found Amelia Landry on the back post for a 2-1 edge.
• Just two and a half minutes in the fourth quarter, Bonazinga flicked up a
Katie Regan (Millburn, N.J./Millburn) hard hit on a corner to retie the game. Duffield poked home a rebound just six minutes later to reclaim a one-goal lead. In the final minute of regulation,
Morgan Cherry (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) fired in a shot on a corner that
Jillian Somers (Virginia Beach, Va./Cape Henry Collegiate) redirected into the cage to force overtime.
• Duffield inserted Swarthmore's 18th penalty corner to a waiting Landry at the top of the arc and she blasted home the game-winner.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg finished with an 18-15 edge in shots while Swarthmore had the advantage in penalty corners, 18-11.
• It was the sixth overtime game of the season for the Bullets.

Emilia Saccento (Scotch Plains, N.J./Scotch Plains Fanwood) made 10 saves for Gettysburg while Cassandra Conklin had 12 stops at the other end.
