• Johns Hopkins controlled play in the first half, outshooting Gettysburg 16-0 but
Alex Jurow made seven saves to keep it scoreless at the intermission. Just 1:12 into the second half, the Blue Jays earned a penalty kick and Juliana Taxter buried it for a 1-0 lead. Natalie Smith tacked on an insurance goal in the 56th minute.
