THE REST OF THE STORY
Josue De Leon Sabala (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic/The Kiski School [Pa.]) opened the scoring just over 16 minutes into the game for a 1-0 Gettysburg lead. In the 37th minute, Matthew Lohr (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) found Aidan Muller (Cape Town, South Africa/Putnam Science Academy) to take a 2-0 lead into the break.
• In the 64th minute, Lohr once again started an offensive 17 minutes for the visitors. He found Dylan Capazario's (Johannesburg, South Africa/McCallie School [Tenn.]) for a 3-0 lead. Then off a corner kick in the 77th minute, Fritz Reiter (Pittsburgh, Pa./Quaker Valley) knocked home his first goal off a season off the James Blake (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown East) kick. Just four minutes later, Sergio Fraguas Neto (Brasilia, Brazil/Northwood School [N.Y.]) connected with Max Baer for the senior's first collegiate goal in his final game.

THE INSIDE STORY
• The five goals were the most scored by Gettysburg in a Centennial Conference game since a 5-1 win at McDaniel on Oct. 29, 2016.
• In addition to Max Baer scoring his first collegiate goal, Dylan Capazario found the back of the net for the first time in his career in the final game of his freshman season.
• Gettysburg finished a 19-14 edge in shots and 10-3 advantage in corner kicks.
Owen Allen-Worrall (Baltimore, Md./Boys' Latin School of Maryland) and James Anroman (Morristown, N.J./Delbarton) saw their first action in goal this season. James Anroman made four saves in the first half while Allen-Worrall made three saves in the second half.
