OPENING TIP: Tonight's non-conference game marks the 34th all-time meeting between No. 15 Gettysburg (6-0) and York (Pa.) (3-3) in a series that dates back to 1948. The Bullets lead the all-time series 21-12 but the two teams have not played since Nov. 25, 2012 and the Spartans won the last two before the series took a hiatus.

WHEN LAST WE MET: 17 York (Pa.) erased a 10-point second-half deficit to earn a 63-58 victory at Gettysburg on Nov. 25, 2012. The Bullets were led by Caroline Murphy, who finished with a 20 points and nine rebounds. Brittany Hicks tallied her fourth double-double in as many contests with 21 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Spartans. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

LAST TIME OUT: Gettysburg finished the game on a 13-4 run to pull away from Marymount late and record a 62-47 win in the championship game of the Pablo Coto Tip-Off Tournament in Arlington on Saturday. Alayna Arnolie led the Bullets with 23 points, four rebounds, four steals and two assists to claim most outstanding player of the tournament honors. AB Holsinger chipped in nine points to go with seven assists and five boards, joining Arnolie on the all-tournament team. Kaylah Barr led the Saints with 14 points on 7 of 12 shooting. STRAIGHT As: Alayna Arnolie has had a huge start to her junior campaign, averaging 20.2 points per game over the first six contests. She is currently the only player in the Centennial Conference averaging better than 20 points per game. She poured in a career-high 32 points in the home opener last Wednesday against Penn State-Altoona, shooting 12 of 16 from the floor, including 7 of 9 from 3-point range in just 28 minutes. She has not scored fewer than 11 points in any of the first six games and has reached the 20-point mark three times already this season. Arnolie is shooting 50.5 from the floor and 40.9 percent from long range.

LAST TIME OUT: York got back on the winning side of the ledger with a 74-37 win over Penn College on Thursday. The Spartans raced out to an 11-point lead after one quarter of play and cruised from there. The Green and White got double-doubles from Morgan Adams and Alyssa Hocker in the victory. CENTENNIAL RUN: The Spartans are playing their fourth Centennial Conference opponent in the first seven games tonight. All three of York's losses this season are to its first three Centennial foes, falling to McDaniel (66-52), Muhlenberg (57-42) and Franklin & Marshall (63-55). The Spartans are averaging 59.2 points per game offensively this season. However, that average dips under 50.0 points per game in the three losses. York has scored 65 or more points in all three wins but have failed to score more than 55 in any of the three losses.
