Gettysburg, ranked 12th in the latest D3hoops.com poll, scored the game's first four points and never trailed to open Centennial Conference play with a 70-51 win at Franklin & Marshall.

Jameson Mott (Evergreen, Colo./Evergreen) led the Bullets with a career-high 19 points, going 7-for-16 from the floor.

Alayna Arnolie (Vienna, Va./James Madison) jumper off a pass from Violante staked Gettysburg to a 4-0 lead just 2:12 into the game. After an Ally Trebelev layup,
Reagan Chrencik (New Hope, Pa./New Hope-Solebury) scored five straight points before four points from Kennedy Wilburn to close the deficit to 9-6 with 1:42 to play but a Chencik bucket and
Skylar Reale (Warren, N.J./Morristown Beard) layup stretched the lead to 13-6 after one quarter.
• After Trebelev opened the second quarter with a layup to make it 13-8, Arnolie and
Jameson Mott layups sparked a 10-2 run to build a 23-10 advantage with 6:54 showing in the period. The lead grew as large as 31-16 on a
Shinya Lee (Rochester, N.Y./Holderness Prep School) layup with 2:07 remaining. Franklin & Marshall closed the half with six of the final 10 points to make it a 35-21 advantage at the break.
• With a 39-27 lead, Chrencik canned one free throw with 5:56 to play in the third quarter that sparked a 7-2 burst over the next three minutes en route to a 48-33 advantage after three quarters.
• Mott, though, opened the fourth quarter with a triple to extend the lead 18. The Bullets sustained a lead of at least 15 points until jumpers from Mott and
Kimberly Hopkins (Baldwin, N.Y./Sacret Heart Academy) made it a 59-40 lead with 6:08 remaining. The teams traded buckets until two Mott free throws with 1:35 to play pushed the lead over 20 at 68-47 en route to the 19-point victory.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg shot 41.3 percent from the floor while holding Franklin & Marshall to just 30.8 percent, including 2 of 13 in the opening quarter.
• The Bullets also finished with a 46-28 advantage on the glass.

Reagan Chrencik added 12 points and seven rebounds.

Alayna Arnolie and
Shinya Lee added eight points each. Arnolie also dished out four assists and grabbed five rebounds while Lee blocked three shots and grabbed seven boards.
