Adam Contract (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) won at first doubles and third singles. After an 8-6 doubles victory with partner
Alex Kagan (Guilford, Conn./Guilford), Contract took a 6-3, 7-6 win in singles play.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• The No. 2 doubles team of
Tyler Blanz (Glen Ridge, N.J./Glen Ridge) and
Matt Porreca won in a tiebreaker, 7-6 (4). Third doubles team
Michael Zayneh (Portsmouth, Ohio/Heritage Academy) and
JP Damare (Raleigh, N.C./Cardinal Gibbons) won their match 8-4 to make it a 3-0 Gettysburg lead.
• Blanz won his fourth singles match 6-1, 6-3 before
Mikey Fellman (Rockville, Md./Thomas S. Wootton) took a 6-1, 6-1 win at second singles to clinch the Gettysburg victory.

Ben O'Connor-Skloot (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y./Dobbs Ferry) won by a score of 6-1, 6-3 at sixth singles.
