THE SKINNY STORY
A week after firing a program-record score of 279, Gettysburg took that record one stroke lower in the first round of the Mary Hardin-Baylor Invitational at Sammons Park Golf Course on Monday. Then, in the second round, the Bullets ransacked the course to a score of 268. The two-day total of 546 was also a program record and bested the field by 31 strokes.
THE LEADERS

Patrick Kilcoyne (Belmont, Mass./Belmont) claimed the individual title with a program-record 36-hole total of 135. After firing a one-under par 69 on Monday, he had four birdies on the front nine to key a round of four-under par 66.
FOR THE FOES
• McMurray placed second in the nine-team field with a score of 577 (290-287).
THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Myles Cunningham (Winnetka, Ill./New Tier) also posted two rounds of par or better to finish second. After an even-par round of 70 in the first round, he carded a round of 67 over the second 18 to finish with a 36-hole total of 137.

Daniel Suter (Gaithersburg, Md./Milton Academy) rebounded off a round of 73 on Monday to fire a program-record score of 65 behind five birdies on the front nine to finish with a two-day score of 138.

Christian Deussing (Doylestown, Pa./Hun School of Princeton [N.J.]) was eighth in the field with a score of 140. He fired an even-par 70 a day after carding a round of 72.

Daniel Casanta (Southbury, Conn./Pomperaug) was the Bullets' low man on Monday with a round of 68 before posting a score of 78 on Tuesday to finish 12th with a score of 146.

Will Chouinard (Hamilton, N.Y./Hamilton), playing as an individual, finished 10th with a score of 144 (71-73).
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg posted the two lowest rounds of the tournament. The next lowest round was fired by the host Cru with a second-day score of 283.
